................ Platinum Sock is our first sock yarn with nylon in the blend. 75/25 superwash merino and nylon in a 4-ply yarn with 2108 yards/lb. AND what makes Platinum Sock different from other blends is that our merino is way softer than most of the competition. So, you have the strength which nylon lends to a blend in just about perfect proportion with superwash merino, and the merino is supersoft! Even though we say it is comparable to the commercial yarns in the local yarn shops, your customers will notice that Platinum Sock is much softer.
